Behind closed doors, three separate conversations are taking place. Donors are talking to their families and friends, allied professionals, and nonprofits. These discussions ultimately influence their giving strategy. Come hear from donors as they share how these conversations have collectively guided their planned giving experiences. During this interactive session, you will learn about the 360° perspective of the donor and how you can incorporate this information into your work.
Kathi Hanley serves on the Foundation Board for the YMCA of Southern Arizona. She is a devoted Ohio State Buckeye and rarely misses a game. Kathi is also an energetic athlete who participates in both bike races and duathlons. Prior to retirement in 2011, Kathi worked as an attorney specializing in estate planning.
Howie Adams is a Life and Leadership Coach whose passion is connecting with clients who are committed to living in harmony with their wants and values. He brings to coaching over forty years in dentistry, listening and co-developing problem-solving strategies with his patients. He has worked with non-profit organizations in a facilitating and coaching capacity and is now affiliated with SVP Tucson. Howie and his wife, Joanne have been married 47 years. Howie loves anything to do with the outdoors especially practicing the art of fly fishing.
Brittany Kagele oversees administration and marketing for Nova Financial Services. Brittany was recently honored by the Eller College of Management’s Professional Women in Business Association as a Legacy Honoree. She is a board member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson and also volunteers with the Blair Charity Group. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jake and their rescue-dog Jordi.
